ROI tracking (Return on investment tracking)
We’ve introduced the beta version of the ROI tracker in this version. In short, the ROI tracker will allow you to identify which agents are producing the most value for your company through live chat. “Goal” pages can be identified and a value can be assigned to them (example $20.50). Once a chat has been handled and the visitor subsequently visits one of these goal pages (thank you page/checkout page/custom page), the plugin will record a “goal” for that chat agent.
Once the new pro version is installed, a new tab will be active in the reporting section of the plugin. This will allow you to pull reports for each goal and identify which agent produced the most value, as well as display a daily conversion graph.
