1. As an admin I set the field “make this user a chat agent” in the user’s profile.
2. The user logs in and saves/updated their own profile.
3. The user can’t use chat as an agent anymore.
4. As an admin I view the user’s profile and the chat agent capability field is empty.
We are still in the process of fixing this at the moment. We have unfortunately had a critical bug to fix in the past few days where the messages were not being sent through. This has set us back a few days but we are aiming at distributing a general update in the next 3 weeks.
