Adjust the Chat Box Settings for your Live Chat box.
*Please note that some of these settings are only available in the Pro Version.
Navigate to Live Chat → Settings → Chat Box.
Set your chat box to display left, right, bottom left or bottom right from the drop-down menu.
From here, you can choose to have your chat box pop-up automatically and control whether details such as Name, Avatar, Time or Date must show.
Enable this feature and enter your preferred URL to where the user must be directed after a chat has been ended.
Scroll down to find an enable this feature block.
In the Name field, enter the name you would like your chat agents to have. Or alternatively, set their WordPress names to be used instead.
Choose a chat and message ring tone from the provided drop-down list.
Scroll down to Icon.
Scroll down to Picture.
Scroll down to Logo.
Enter the number of seconds you would like the chat box to be delayed, before showing up on your website.
Scroll down to find and enable Chat notifications.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find User Experience.
From here, you can enable the Text Editor, File Sharing and start to record Experience Ratings.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find Social.
Here, you may insert your Facebook profile and Twitter Page links.
