Enable Business Hours for WP Live Chat Support.
*Please note that this setting is only available in the Pro.
By being able to select business hours for your Live Chat, you are able to determine when the chat needs to display offline, and when your chat agents are available to chat to visitors. This automates the process for you by allowing you to choose hours fitting to your business day.
Navigate to Live Chat → Settings → Business Hours.
Enable Business Hours by checking the feature box.
You can set the Display Interval to daily, week days or weekends. This will determine when these business hours are applicable.
Finally, set the time of your chat box availability, to meet your schedule and business times.
