Customize your Chat Box to fit your company or brand.
*Please note that some of these options are only available in the Pro Version.
Navigate to Live Chat → Settings → Styling and click on either modern or classic theme.
Navigate to Live Chat → Settings → Styling.
You can either select a predefined Color Scheme:
Or customize your Palette Selection:
Scroll down to find Chat background and use the drop-down selection to choose your chat background.
Scroll down to find the text fields strings.
Change your chat introduction, welcome and no-answer text to your preferred messages.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to choose your chat box animation.
Navigate to Live Chat → Settings → Chat Box.
Set your chat box to display left, right, bottom left or bottom right from the drop-down menu.
From here, you can choose to have your chat box pop-up automatically and control whether details such as Name, Avatar, Time or Date must show.
Play a sound when a new message is received:
Navigate to Live Chat → Settings → General Settings.
Enable chat dashboard and notifications on all admin pages:
Incoming chat ring or new message tone:
Receive alerts via email as soon as a new chat has been started:
Scroll down to find Chat notifications.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find Social.
Here, you may insert your Facebook profile and Twitter Page links.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find User Experience.
From here, you can enable the Text Editor and File Sharing, and start to record Experience Ratings.
