1. Choosing a Chat Box Theme

Navigate to Live Chat  Settings Styling and click on either modern or classic theme.

2. Setting your Chat Box Color Scheme

Navigate to Live Chat Settings → Styling.

You can either select a predefined Color Scheme:

Or customize your Palette Selection:

3. Changing the Chat Background

Navigate to Live Chat Settings → Styling.

Scroll down to find Chat background and use the drop-down selection to choose your chat background.

4. Changing the Chat Box Text Strings

Navigate to Live Chat Settings → Styling.

Scroll down to find the text fields strings.

Change your chat introduction, welcome and no-answer text to your preferred messages.

 


 

5. Chat Box Animation

Navigate to Live Chat Settings → Styling.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to choose your chat box animation.

6. Aligning the Chat

Navigate to Live Chat Settings → Chat Box.

Set your chat box to display left, right, bottom left or bottom right from the drop-down menu.

7. Chat Box Details

Navigate to Live Chat Settings → Chat Box.

From here, you can choose to have your chat box pop-up automatically and control whether details such as Name, Avatar, Time or Date must show.

8. Notifications

Play a sound when a new message is received:

Navigate to Live Chat Settings → General Settings.

Enable chat dashboard and notifications on all admin pages:

Navigate to Live Chat Settings → General Settings.

 

 

Incoming chat ring or new message tone:

Navigate to Live Chat Settings Chat Box.

Receive alerts via email as soon as a new chat has been started:

Navigate to Live Chat Settings Chat Box.

Scroll down to find Chat notifications.

9. Adding Social Links to your Chat Box

Navigate to Live Chat Settings → Chat Box.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to find Social.

Here, you may insert your Facebook profile and Twitter Page links.

 


 

10. Enhancing the User’s Experience

Navigate to Live Chat Settings → Chat Box.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to find User Experience.

From here, you can enable the Text Editor and File Sharing, and start to record Experience Ratings.
