Custom additions to the chat box are quoted separately if so requested by the customer. However, we endeavor to add all feature requests to our development list and do our best possible to integrate them in future releases.
Currently, WP Live Chat Support Mobile and Desktop App is available for Android mobile and Windows desktop. Our IOS App is currently under heavy development and expected to release in 2018.

The WP Live Chat Support Chat Dashboard has to be open in one of your browser tabs to receive and be notified of new chats. Currently, the only alternative to this is making use of our Mobile and Desktop App.
WP Live Chat Support is supported on multi-site installations, however, for each unique domain using the plugin, a site license is required.
This feature is only available in the Pro Version of the plugin.
Once a chat has been answered, navigate to right-hand top corner of the chat dashboard and click on the drop-down burger menu.
From here, you can choose between “Transfer” chat to another agent, or “Department Transfer” to transfer the visitor and the chat to a different department (if previously created).
