1. “Once-Off” Purchases

Purchasing WP Live Chat Support on a “once-off” basis means customers receive use and access to the plugin forever. Along with this, customers receive a year-long license to receive free updates and releases. Should this license expire, you can choose to renew, so as to keep receiving updates. However, choosing not to renew the license, will not revoke use and access. The plugin will continue to work as expected.

 


 

2. New Download Link

Customers can request their initial or a new download link by entering their purchase email address here.

Please ensure to check your SPAM folder for the sent link.

 


 

3. Moving To Another Domain

To move your Pro Plugin from one domain to another, your API Key needs to be reset. To do this, you need to submit a support ticket here.

Please specify which domain needs to be removed and include your API Key or purchase email address. Our agents will reset the Key on the system so that you can validate your preferred domain.

 


 

4. Renew API Key

To renew your API Key, simply navigate to your my-account area. Log in using your purchase email address as the username. You may reset the password. From within the my-account area, select “Renew” in the Action Column.

 


 

5. Upgrade Purchase

To upgrade your license to a 3-site or unlimited site license, you need only send the difference in amount to [email protected] Please ensure to keep proof of this transaction and send it to us.

Our agents will verify the transactions and request an account upgrade for you, which after you will receive your new download link and API Keys (if applicable).

 


 

6. Cannot Access My-Account

Please ensure that you have logged into your my-account area using your purchase email address as the username. You may reset the password. If this still does not work, please get in touch with our team, ensuring to include your purchase email address in the ticket.

 


 

7. Invoices

Should you require an updated invoice, please navigate to the original invoice email sent to you and click on the link with your purchase token in place – https://wp-livechat.com/my-invoice/?token=MY_TOKEN.

If you are unable to do this, please send us a ticket containing your purchase email address and company details, so that we can manually generate an invoice for you.
